Frankfurt / Main (dpa) – The Dax increased its losses suffered at the end of last week on Monday. In early trading, the German benchmark index dropped by 0, 42 percent to 15. 50, 30 Points after.

For the MDax of the medium-sized stock market values it was about 0, 42 Percent on 34. 009, 94 points down. The EuroStoxx 50 as the leading index for the Eurozone fell by 0.6 percent.

Experts are currently giving investors little hope of a golden autumn. At the US Federal Reserve, a step on the brakes of the ultra-loose monetary policy is likely to be imminent. In addition, investors are worried about inflation and the economy because of the corona-related supply chain problems. Furthermore, the drama about the badly ailing real estate giant Evergrande continues in China. Its shares as well as those of its property management company were suspended from trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

At the end of the Dax, the shares of the sporting goods company Adidas suffered from a skeptical study by Bank of America and fell almost three percent. Analyst David Roux referred to the uncertain recovery of the Chinese sales market and the problems that are currently prevalent in the supply chains after Bankhaus Metzler canceled its buy recommendation for the papers. With a view to the share price of the construction software specialist, it is time for a respite, wrote analyst Holger Schmidt. In his opinion, the upcoming results for the third quarter should, as usual, be characterized by high demand.

In the SDax small cap index, the shares of the Adler Group attracted attention. After the share certificates had soared by almost 15 percent, the last figure was just a plus of good 2 percent to book. The residential real estate company may be facing a realignment. “A fundamental review” of the strategic options for action is currently underway, the company announced. The background is that several interested parties have received offers for parts of the rental portfolio.
