The harvest dragged on for a long time and it was still wet: nationwide, fewer baked grains were harvested. The mills already have to pay significantly more for the raw material.

After a nationwide rather poor grain harvest, consumers may soon have to be prepared for higher prices for baked goods. Especially in medium-sized mills, which mostly supply bakeries in the regional area, the effects of the harvest are already visible.
